PS Vita: An Honest Review (Japanese Model)

Scrutiny; a word I would use when describing the path PS Vita has walked in the past few months. Launch problems, firmware issues and poor sales data have driven the consumer’s confidence into a downward spiral. IGN’s Scott Lowe however, might have some good news about the actual playability of the Vita.     @guitarkinganthony of course, alot of people who bought the vita showed us on youtube: playing batman AA, gta4, DMC4, speaking of watch dmc4 ps vita gameplay, its awesome. Also, kojima’s a genius for telling us you can play ps3 games on the go.

    This made the same mistake as the PSP. The PSP had PS2 graphics (or almost PS2 graphics) but was released just before the PS3 and smart phones caught up and beat it. Now the PS4 is going to be released in one/two years and the PS Vita is only coming out now. I think that this will last longer than the PSP because technology is starting to get to a point where it can’t improve much more and the PS6 won’t be much different compared to the PS5 because technology won’t get much better.

    Sony if your watching please put in emulation for ps1/2 games if you can because i want to play gta sa smoothly and not on a hacked psp with a control scheme more compiclated than trying to get a elephant to have a shit in a bowl its hard and disgusting.

    Vita is worth it! even with the cost of the memory cards. You can complain and say whatever you want but at the end of the day the real question is, is it worth it?

    @DonGirPSN LBP doesn’t come out till June I think.. while Uncharted comes out the day the Vita is released… so I’d go with Uncharted :)

    I’m going to get the PSVita but i don’t know which game should i buy first Little Big Planet or Uncharted: Golden Abyss, i am leaning more for LBP but, one of the many reasons i like the Vita it’s because of the dual analog sticks, but LBP doesn’t use them and Uncharted does, but i like LBP because of the use of the touch screen and touch pad, plus the unlimited levels and Uncharted because awesome game, story, controls, graphics etc. I can’t decide.

    Hey that thing is available in the Philippines I saw it on SM Fairview Toy Kingdom not sure if its the Japanese Version but its sold for Php 25999.00 it contains the console, the charger, the memory stick, an extra battery and a LCD Screen Protector.
